Dig, Cultivate and dig some more! Plant away to your heart’s content, its therapeutic, healthy, nurturing a great way to grab some fresh air and you have the added bonus of self-satisfaction when the plant bursts in to flowers. So come everyone on “Dig for Victory!”

With spring just around the corner, National Plant a Flower Day on the 12th March is dedicated to the planting of flowers, in an effort to make the world a prettier place. Every year the day is given over to the art of planting flowers. It’s a good way to kick start gardening and the fresh new seasons ahead. This Month flower of the month at new Covent Garden Market in London is the Hyacinth. A delightful heady scented bulb that flowers from December to March. However it doesn’t matter what you plant today it will definitely improve your mood. Flowers are medicine for the soul it has been said, they are sunshine, food and make people happy!
